Astrascape Experiences is a practice of E. Lee Wilson, Jr. Enterprises, LLC.

The contact page shows whether inquiries are currently available. While it is unavailable, it does not collect an email address or accept inquiry details. During limited testing, only the approved test inbox can receive a verification code.

When contact is available, we use your email address to send a verification code through Google and confirm your inquiry. Cloudflare provides the website, security checks and temporary verification storage. Codes expire after ten minutes, verified sessions after thirty minutes, and expired verification records are scheduled for removal from the active website database within 24 hours. Minimal delivery references are kept there for seven days. Hosting-provider recovery backups may retain earlier database copies for longer under the provider’s backup policies. Inquiry details are delivered to our business mailbox; correspondence remains subject to the mailbox’s retention practices. Your name, inquiry choices and selected reply details are used to respond to you. No account or mailing-list subscription is created.

We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties. Service providers may process information to operate the website and email service.

The Support Astrascape section does not currently collect contributions or mailing-list signups. Giving support, sending an inquiry and joining an email list will be separate choices. Existing crewmember accounts remain with the original Squarespace website and its privacy practices.

We have not added advertising trackers or payment collection to this website. Hosting services process requests and access information to deliver and protect the site and provide site analytics. Our Cookies statement explains security cookies, hosting visitor information and browser choices.

External tours, social profiles, artist websites and the Printful store have their own privacy practices. Orders and payments take place on the store’s website.
