Privacy and your inquiries.

Astrascape Experiences is a practice of E. Lee Wilson, Jr. Enterprises, LLC.

The contact page shows whether inquiries are currently available. While it is unavailable, it does not collect an email address or accept inquiry details. During limited testing, only the approved test inbox can receive a verification code.

When contact is available, we use your email address to send one welcome and verification email through Google. After you submit your inquiry, its confirmation and reference appear on this website; we do not send a separate receipt email. Cloudflare provides the website, security checks and temporary verification storage. Codes expire after ten minutes, verified sessions after thirty minutes, and expired verification records are scheduled for removal from the active website database within 24 hours. Minimal delivery references are kept there for seven days. Hosting-provider recovery backups may retain earlier database copies for longer under the provider’s backup policies. Inquiry details are delivered to our business mailbox; correspondence remains subject to the mailbox’s retention practices. Your name, inquiry choices and selected reply details are used to respond to you. Educational-partnership inquiries also include your organization’s name. These inquiries do not commit you to funding, collect donations or create a charitable-giving arrangement. No account or mailing-list subscription is created.

We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties. Service providers may process information to operate the website and email service.

The Support Astrascape section shows which support options are available. Available payment and billing-management buttons take you to Stripe. Stripe collects the information needed to process your payment and manage recurring billing; Astrascape can access the associated supporter and transaction records in Stripe for administration and payment help. Email updates.

When signup is available, our website sends your email address securely to MailerLite to check your subscription and process your request. An existing subscriber sees an already-subscribed message without another confirmation email. New subscribers must confirm by email before receiving updates. If you previously unsubscribed, we direct you to a MailerLite page to request and confirm rejoining. MailerLite stores your address, signup and consent information, subscription status, delivery records and email-link clicks. Our newsletter settings disable email-open tracking and Google Analytics tags. MailerLite also processes technical and security information to operate its forms and email service.

Cloudflare protects signup with a security check. The website processes your address to make the request but does not save a separate subscriber list. It stores keyed, non-readable representations of email and network addresses in temporary abuse-prevention counters. These counters expire within one hour and are scheduled for removal within 24 hours; provider recovery backups may retain earlier copies longer.

Every update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops updates but does not automatically erase the record used to honor that choice. Subscriber and delivery records remain subject to MailerLite’s retention and backup practices. For help with your subscription or a data request, contact Lee. Giving support, sending an inquiry and joining an email list are separate choices. A payment does not enroll you in marketing or transfer an existing crewmember account. Existing accounts remain with the original Squarespace website and its privacy practices.

We have not added advertising trackers or embedded payment forms to this website. Hosting services process requests and access information to deliver and protect the site and provide site analytics. Our Cookies statement explains security cookies, hosting visitor information and browser choices.

External tours, social profiles, artist websites and the Printful store have their own privacy practices. Orders and payments take place on the store’s website.
