About Astrascape

Curiosity is the starting point.

Astrascape Experiences helps people connect with science, history and art through active exploration.

It grows from decades of work by E. Lee Wilson, Jr., a science-based artist and science communicator.

From artwork to experiences.

Lee began with science-based visual artwork. Through Visions of the Cosmos, he gave ideas in astronomy, planetary science, astrophysics and cosmology a visual form.

Exhibitions and educational outreach followed. That work expanded into immersive digital storytelling, connecting the experience of looking closely at art with the experience of exploring a place.

One connected practice.

Astrascape combines visual art, historical context, narration and interaction to give people more ways into a subject.

It is the interactive practice of E. Lee Wilson, Jr. Enterprises, LLC. E. Lee Wilson, Jr. Science-Based Art is the connected art and learning practice.
